Been with APS for almost two years now and I’ve had a really positive experience. They’ve been consistently responsive whenever I’ve had an issue, and things get handled quickly and professionally. Overall, reliable service and great support — I’m happy to recommend them.

I am really pleased with the service I’ve received from APS so far. I’m 21 years old and have been renting since I was 19, having used two different agencies before, and APS is by far the best I’ve come across. They are responsive, genuine, and available to help 24/7.

Recently, I had an issue with lost keys, and a member of the APS team came out to me on a Saturday evening around 6–7 pm to replace them so I could access the property. Everything was resolved quickly, and I know not many agencies would have gone to that length.

I always recommend APS to anyone looking to rent and would be happy to share my experience with others. Renting with APS has been a fantastic experience, and you will not be disappointed with their service. I’m delighted to have them as my agent and know I can always rely on them.

I would like to say that the entire team in APS were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite from start to finish in successfully finding me the right tenant to let my property in good time.I have recommended APS to a friend of mine who is looking to let a property and gave her Lisa’s name and number as a point of contact.

I would highly recommend APS. I used them as I had a previous poor experience with another letting agent. APS demonstrated excellent communication, they were knowledgeable and the contract I needed was provided in an extremely quick manner. I personally dealt with Lisa who was friendly and professional, I would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to let a property. I will most certainly be back next year when my contract is due for renewal.

I cannot recommend APS Letting Agents in Hornchurch highly enough. From the very beginning of the rental process to dealing with any issues that arose during the tenancy, their service was nothing short of exemplary.

The team at APS made renting a property an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. They guided me through every step of the process with clear communication and a professional yet friendly approach. All documentation was handled efficiently, and they were always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small.

What truly sets APS apart is their responsiveness and professionalism in handling any property-related issues. On the rare occasion something needed attention, such as a minor repair, their team acted quickly to ensure the problem was resolved without delay. They worked with skilled contractors who were both courteous and efficient, which made the entire experience hassle-free.

APS truly cares about both landlords and tenants, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the high-quality service they provide. If you’re looking to rent or manage a property in the Hornchurch area, APS should be your first choice.

A big thank you to the APS team for their outstanding service—I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone!
