I am really pleased with the service I’ve received from APS so far. I’m 21 years old and have been renting since I was 19, having used two different agencies before, and APS is by far the best I’ve come across. They are responsive, genuine, and available to help 24/7.

Recently, I had an issue with lost keys, and a member of the APS team came out to me on a Saturday evening around 6–7 pm to replace them so I could access the property. Everything was resolved quickly, and I know not many agencies would have gone to that length.

I always recommend APS to anyone looking to rent and would be happy to share my experience with others. Renting with APS has been a fantastic experience, and you will not be disappointed with their service. I’m delighted to have them as my agent and know I can always rely on them.

Can't rate highly enough. I recently rented a property through aps, I have to admit I put them all through hell (sorry) it was a longer process than usual all down to me. Sophie was brilliant how she didn't lose her rag with me I will never know. The whole team are brilliant everyone there is great I don't know all your names Sorry!!! Thankyou all so much!

I would highly recommend APS. I used them as I had a previous poor experience with another letting agent. APS demonstrated excellent communication, they were knowledgeable and the contract I needed was provided in an extremely quick manner. I personally dealt with Lisa who was friendly and professional, I would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to let a property. I will most certainly be back next year when my contract is due for renewal.
